Lucignano (Italy) - 2nd October. The company SVI, founded in 1999 by Ivano Sambuchi and Mauro Vannoni, inaugurated its new industrial production plant on Sunday, 2nd October, in the vicinity of Lucignano (28 km south of Arezzo). It was envisioned, planned and completed for the construction of railway equipment for the production and maintenance of railway infrastructure. The new production plant covers an indoor area of 11,000 square metres and is located in a private industrial zone of 180,000 uncovered square metres.

Canterbury (England) - 28th September. A vehicle from the company R.S. French fitted with a Fassi F800RA crane was used today on a building site behind Canterbury Cathedral, the first cathedral in English history. Canterbury Cathedral is the first important example of English Gothic architecture. The original building dates as far back as the 7th century AD, and was destroyed and rebuilt various times. In 1147 the cathedral was rebuilt.

The last day for Fassi at the IAA industrial vehicle fair in Hannover

Hannover (Germany) - 29th September. Today is the last day of the 66th edition of the IAA industrial vehicle fair in Hannover. All of the staff of the German branch of the Italian brand which is a leader in the lifting sector, the company Fassi Ladekrane GmbH, took part in the seven days of the fair, welcoming the numerous visitors and sector specialists. The next appointment in Hannover will be in two years’ time, in 2018.

The Fassi stand is ready to welcome visitors who, from tomorrow, Thursday 22nd September, will be able to discover all our new proposals. The Argentinian dealer for Fassi, the company Cowdin S.A., has participated in the 10th edition of Expo Transporte, which took place recently in Buenos Aires, in the “La Rural” area. The exposition proposes equipment and technology for freight and passenger transport. The Ormet headquarters in Colle Umberto, near Conegliano, recently delivered a 2-axle dumper truck fitted with a Fassi F185A.2.23 crane with an L153 hydraulic extension to the company New Paint S.a.s. based in Castello di Godego, between Cittadella and Montebelluna.
