Reporting procedure
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 24 dated 10 March 2023, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/1937, safeguarding the respect for the principles of conduct, FASSI has set up a channel to communicate breaches and irregularities concerning its code of conduct and its company policies and procedures, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting party and the people involved, as well as of the content of the report and of the relative documentation.
