A F820RA.2.26 crane for LMB just in time for Christmas

Berlin (Germany) – 7th December. LMB Löther Maschinentransport GmbH is a company which operates in the transportation, disassembly and reassembly of industrial machines and is based in Berlin. The company have recently commissioned a Volvo FH 540 8x4 Euro 6 tractor truck to be fitted with a F820RA.2.26 Fassi crane, L414 jib (with 4 extensions) and demountable bodywork, which is due to be delivered just before Christmas. Mirków (Poland) - 6th December. The Polish dealer for Fassi is a supplier for one of the most important energy groups in Poland. The company Enea has a catchment area that covers the entire country. The photograph shows an F235AC.2.24 crane. The letter C indicates a short version of the crane with a main arm which is shorter than in the standard version, permitting operation close to the truck cabin. The crane uses its accessory to drill the ground, useful in this case for the placing of electricity line poles.

A Fassi F545RA used to move a Christmas tree

Olomouc (Czech Republic) – 28th November. A Fassi F545RA.2.28 xe-dynamic crane moved a 27-year-old, 15-metre-tall spruce tree that was located in the centre of Olomouc (80 km northeast of Brno) and subsequently covered in Christmas decorations. The Fassi Edelweiss Albino team wins against a formidable opponent

Albino (Italy) - 26‎th November. The Fassi Edelweiss Albino team demonstrated strong personality by beating Sanga Milano, one of the strongest teams in the female A2 league in the last home match. The result was 59 - 53. With a second half of the highest level, the girls of Fassi Edelweiss Albino managed to beat their formidable opponent.

A Fassi F660RA.2.26 he-dynamic crane for Tobar Trans 2000, S.L.

Lliçà de Vall (Spain) 24th November. On the 11th November Fassi’s Spanish distributor Transgrúas Cial S.L. undertook the installation of a heavy-duty Fassi F660RA.2.26 he-dynamic crane (51.3 tn/m) for Tobar Trans, a Mallorcan company specializing in the transport of construction materials. Two rescue vehicles with Fassi cranes at the FIA GT race in Macau

Macau (China) - 24th November. At the FIA GT Macau race on Sunday 20th November, the spectators experienced a few moments of fear due to the horrific accident of one of the leading racers of the championship, Belgian driver Laurens Vanthoor. Fortunately, the driver did not suffer any injuries. On the track, after removing the flipped car, 2 rescue vehicles fitted with Fassi cranes intervened in the clean-up operations.

Università degli Studi di Brescia

Fassi takes part in a convention on control system safety organised by the University of Brescia

Brescia (Italy) - 16 November. Fassi recently took part in a seminar open to students and technicians held at the Engineering Faculty at the University of Brescia. The professor Damiano Crescini, who teaches the university course “Sensors for automation”, organised this study meeting on the EN ISO 13849 regulation which regards control system safety. Last Friday, Mr Giovanni Fassi attended the delivery of two Fassi cranes from the Sun Pacific distribution base in Singapore City to one of the most important Fassi customers in this area, Hong Fa, a heavy logistics and engineering company. This company’s operations are supported by the abilities of cranes suited to all the lifting and assembly requirements of modern industrialised construction.

East Grinstead (United Kingdom) – 17th November. On 15th November Parker Building Supplies, a company dealing in the supply and distribution of commercial and domestic building materials and equipment in the South East of England, took delivery of its last new vehicle for this year, a DAF 18t LF 250 truck with Charlton Bodywork and a Fassi F110B remote control crane.
