A Fassi F135A.2.22 e-dynamic loader crane for Merkko Builders Merchants

Bristol (UK) – Last week, Merkko Builders Merchants, a supplier of a wide range of building materials with two branches in Abingdon and Aldermaston in the south-east of England, took delivery of a Fassi F135A.2.22 e-dynamic crane, fitted to a Scania truck supplied by Scania GB. The crane was mounted at the rear of the vehicle, behind a large trailer fitted to the chassis, used for the transport of a variety of materials. The crane’s principal function will be to lift and load these materials.

Roanke (USA) – Last week, the General Truck Body Company, a Fassi dealer in the Fascan International distribution network located in Roanke, Virginia, installed a Fassi F80A.0.24 knuckle boom crane on to a single cab Dodge Ram 5500 truck for Johnson Granite Inc. This customer is based in Mount Airy, North Carolina, and is a supplier of finely crafted countertop granite surfaces.

Fassi Belgium distributor and service centre, Garage Mioli SA, to hold open day event in the Nassogne region

Bande (Belgium) – In collaboration with the local agricultural machinery dealer SEMAT Interparts and DAF dealer Truck Trading Rohen, Garage Mioli S.A., an official distributor and service centre for Fassi Belgium, will be holding a special open-day event at their premises in Bande, Nassogne, Belgium, against the remarkable backdrop of the Sablonnière quarry, on the 5th and 6th May.

A unique installation of a Fassi F235A.2.25 e-dynamic loader crane for Hungarian swimming pool manufacturer

Aszód (Hungary) - Fassi’s Hungarian distributor, Gif Modul Commercial and Supplying Ltd., recently undertook the special installation of an F235A.2.25 e-dynamic loader crane onto a DAF CF 440 4x2 truck for the company Nivovas Kft, which specialises in the manufacture of swimming pools and their coverings and enclosures. Nivovas Kft is based in Kaposvár, Hungary and distributes its products across 14 European countries.

A special installation with a Fassi F95.0.23 e-active loader crane for Russian state institution EMERCOM

Moscow (Russia) - Recently, the administration of EMERCOM (the Ministry of Emergency Situations), a Russian federal state institution, approved a new vehicle for the transportation of radioactive substances and waste, fitted with a Fassi F95.0.23 e-active crane.
This special configuration was built to be a machine prepared for any eventuality, ensuring increased mobility for EMERCOM’s units. It can accommodate three passengers (namely, the driver and 2 specialists) and has a set of equipment on the chassis, especially designed to assist in the safe disposal of radioactive waste.

The Fassi Edelweiss Albino team to go to the series’ playoffs

Cagliari (Italy) – On Saturday 1st April, the women's basketball team Fassi Edelweiss Albino won an away victory in Cagliari, Sardinia, which places them in eighth place in the national division Group A rankings of the A2 Series of the Italian Women's Basketball League. This latest win means that the team will go on to play in the series playoffs against the best teams in the final round played at the end of the regular season.

A new addition to Fassi Ladekrane’s dealer network in the Stuttgart area

Bretzfeld-Schwabbach (Germany) - The Fassi’s German distributor, Fassi Ladekrane, has acquired a new dealer to add to its network. The company Abschlepp- und Bergedienst Florian Herbold is located in Bretzfeld-Schwabbach (78 km north-east from Stuttgart) and has now begun to work with Fassi Ladekrne as a body builder for special installations as well as offering breakdown recovery services.

Heavy-duty Fassi loader crane anchors gigantic flag for Greek Independence Day

Kalymnos (Greece) – Last weekend, Fassi’s Greek distributor, Arsis Ltd., found a creative and patriotic use for a heavy-duty Fassi loader crane. On 25th March (the country’s national Independence Day), to celebrate the Greek revolution for independence which lasted from 1821-1832, a Fassi crane was used as a mast for an enormous Greek flag on the Dodecanese island of Kalymnos, located in the south Aegean Sea. Heavy-duty Fassi knuckle-boom crane helps to build a mountain lodge in Austria

Birnbaum Im Lesachtal (Austria) – Last week, the company, HBT-Holzbau Team GmbH, which specializes in carpentry and wood construction and is based in Kötschach-Mauthen, undertook the construction of a mountain lodge on a hillside in Birnbaum Im Lesachtal, Carinthia (the southernmost state of Austria).
