Fassi sponsors 2 IVECO trucks in the 40th edition of the prestigious Dakar Rally in South America
Lima (Peru) – On 6th January, the 40th edition of the Dakar Rally started from the Peruvian capital, a race in which Fassi is sponsoring two IVECO Powerstar trucks, driven by Artur Ardavichus (Kazakhstan, #508) and Ton van Genugten (Netherlands, #509), both of the Petronas De Rooy team.

The Fassi-sponsored Petronas De Rooy IVECO team progresses well in the Africa Eco Race 2018
Nador (Morocco) – On the 2nd January, the 10th edition of the world-famous rally raid, the Africa Eco Race, got underway in Nador, Morocco, with the Fassi-sponsored Petronas De Rooy IVECO team getting off to a good start in the first stage. The race includes the diverse categories of motorbikes, quads, SSVs, cross-country vehicles and trucks and will end on 14th January in Dakar, Senegal, having covered a total distance of approximately 6,500 km.

MB Transports & Manutention S.A. helps to place a 22 m Christmas tree in the Grand Place in Brussels with a Fassi loader crane
Brussels (Belgium) – On 17th November, Fassi Belgium’s customer MB Transports & Manutention S.A. helped to transport, lift and place a 22-m tall spruce tree in Brussels’ Grand Place for Christmas, with the help of the company’s Fassi loader crane mounted on a Volvo FM truck. That same morning, the tree was felled in the sustainable state forest of Hertogenwald, located close to the city of Eupen, and was decorated the following Sunday with LEDs and then officially illuminated on 24th November to celebrate the beginning of the festive season in the European capital.

Eilolan Nosto ja Kuljetus Oy celebrates 100 years of Finnish independence with an event in which a Fassi F1950RA.2.28 he-dynamic loader crane takes centre stage
Kulloo (Finland) – On 6th December, a Finnish Fassi customer, the company Eilolan Nosto ja Kuljetus Oy, celebrated 100 years of independence since the country’s liberation in 1917 and, of course, the festive season with a celebration for its clients and partners, in which the company’s F1950RA.2.28 he-dynamic loader crane with an L916 jib was the centrepiece.

The international Fassi distribution network continues to grow with the addition of the company ProCom Ltd in Trinidad and Tobago

Lisas, Couva (Trinidad and Tobago) – As Fassi is always looking for new opportunities to expand its diffuse sales network, the Italian loader crane manufacturer has recently initiated a partnership with the Trinidadian company Process Components Ltd. (ProCom). ProCom was established in 1982 as a supplier of industrial, oilfield and energy related products to the very active Trinidad and Tobago market.

A lightweight crane for a lightweight truck: Precision Machinery L.L.C. mounts a Fassi F65B.0.22 active loader crane onto a Hino 300 truck in Dubai
Dubai (United Arab Emirates) – Fassi’s Emirati distributor, Precision Machinery L.L.C., has recently mounted an F65B.0.22 active articulated crane on a Hino 300 truck at their premises in Dubai. The crane comes from Fassi’s light-duty range and is therefore a perfect match for the truck, manufactured by Hino Motors, Ltd.

Fassi UK customer R.S. French Ltd undertakes a tandem lift using the F820RA.2.26 xhe-dynamic and F800RA.2.26 he-dynamic loader cranes
Tenterden (UK) – On 6th December at a dairy farm in the village of Tenterden in Kent, the Fassi UK customer R.S. French Ltd conducted the tandem lift and transport of an exceptionally large 12-tonne water tank and its frame using two Fassi loader cranes, an F820RA.2.26 xhe-dynamic and an F800RA.2.26 he-dynamic, both mounted on Scania trucks.

Fassi exhibits at the Solutrans 2017 trade fair in Lyon with the Fassi France dealer Forez Bennes Hydro
Lyon (France) - The company Forez Bennes Hydro, a Fassi France dealer, attended the Solutrans 2017 trade fair in Lyon from 21st - 25th November, at a stand in which Fassi also exhibited. Forez Bennes is located in the Saint-Étienne area and specialises in equipment specifically for the handling of near-surface, semi-submerged rigid, flexible and aerial containers for waste management, as well as the provision of Fassi loader cranes.
