London (UK) – On 4th November, the online newspaper the MailOnline published an article featuring one of Fassi UK’s key customers, the company David Watson Transport Ltd, which provides transport and handling services across the UK and Europe. The article shows one of David Watson Transport’s many truck-mounted Fassi cranes lifting and placing an entire prefabricated loft extension onto the roof of a house in a West London suburb for the manufacturer, Landmark Lofts.

Velsen-Noord (Netherlands) – Last week, Fassi’s Dutch distributor, De Jong IJmuiden BV, delivered the second of three Fassi cranes mounted on Volvo trucks to their client Auto- en bergingsbedrijf v/d Boogaard BV (more commonly known as Boogaard Transport), a transport, storage, crane rental and emergency recovery services company based in Beverwijk in North Holland. The crane is a Fassi F545RA.2.27 xe-dynamic fitted with an L214 hydraulic fly-jib and a 2-tonne winch, mounted on a 6x2 Volvo FM truck with an extra light chassis.

Bern (Switzerland) – From 16th – 19th November, Fassi’s Swiss distributor, Fassi Schweiz AG, will be appearing in the 9th edition of the Transport-CH Swiss Utility Vehicle Show, a trade fair dedicated to the exhibition of commercial equipment and vehicles for the transport and logistics sector, besides others. The biennial fair will take place over several floors of the BernExpo Centre and is expected to attract more than 250 exhibitors and approximately 34,000 visitors.

Fontainebleau (France) – In mid-October, a Renault K520 8x4 truck belonging to the company CPF Dépannage, and mounted with a Fassi F660RA.2.25 he-dynamic crane, was seen outside the Palace of Fontainebleau, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located approximately 34.5 miles southeast of the centre of Paris. CPF Dépannage is based in the nearby town of Chevrainvilliers and specialises in the maintenance and repair of light motor vehicles.

Querétaro (Mexico) – At the beginning of October, Fassi’s Mexican distributor, Eurogru, S.A. De C.V., delivered a Fassi F385A.2.26 e-dynamic loader crane to another satisfied customer at their Querétaro Branch. The crane, which belongs to Fassi’s heavy duty-range, has a lifting capacity of 37.55 tm, a standard hydraulic reach of 16.55 m (a distance which can be increased to 26.75 m when the crane is combined with an L214 jib) and has been installed by the Eurogru team onto a Freightliner truck.
