Edmonton (Canada) – On 15th June, the Fassi customer Encore Trucking & Transport Ltd. was commissioned to place a statue at a new development in Edmonton, in the province of Alberta, for which the company used a Fassi F155A.0.24 active truck crane. The forged steel sculpture, titled “Dreams”, is by the metalwork artist Kyle Walton, and is a memorial dedicated to Lanny White, a Developer for Harvard Developments who designed the area and passed away during its construction.

Nürburg (Germany) – From 29th June to 1st July, the Stage 3 weekend of the FIA European Truck Racing Championship 2018 will take place at the Nürburgring circuit in Nürburg, with Fassi Gru as a co-sponsor of the Schwabentruck IVECO team. The team’s main hope for the championship, German driver Steffi Halm, has a good history on this historic circuit.

Klagenfurt (Austria) – At the beginning of June, Fassi’s Austrian distributor Kogler Krantechnik GmbH supplied an F255A.2.26 xe-dynamic loader crane to the company Schotterwerk Transporte Tauschitz. The customer is based in the city of Klagenfurt in southern Austria and provides several services, including excavation, construction aggregates supply, recycling and landfill and the transport of building materials to work sites, which is how the company will employ the Fassi crane.

Hungaroring (Hungary) - Last weekend, the second round of the FIA European Truck Racing Championship was held at the Hungaroring circuit, located about 20 kilometres from Budapest. Driver Steffi Halm, in truck no. 44 belonging to the IVECO Schwabentruck team (sponsored by Fassi), obtained 3rd position twice in the two races on Saturday, while on Sunday she finished in 5th position in Race 3, concluding the racing weekend in 9th place in Race 4.

Over the course of two weeks, the EverLift team visited 11 different dealerships across Slovakia and found each event to be very successful and interesting, especially for customers, many of them stopping to observe the Micro, light, and heavy-duty cranes on display.

Hradec Králové (Czech Republic) - At the end of May, Fassi’s distributor for the Czech Republic, the company EverLift spol. s r.o., supplied and installed a Fassi F50A.0.23 e-active hydraulic crane on a JCB Fastrac 4190 tractor for the Volunteer Fire Brigade for the Hradec Králové Region. The equipment combination is the first of its kind in the Czech Republic, with the tractor supplied by the agricultural machinery specialist PEKASS a.s.
