Oberentfelden (Switzerland) – At the end of June, Fassi’s Swiss dealer, Fassi Schweiz AG, supplied and installed a Fassi F1150RA.2.28 xhe-dynamic loader crane with L616 jib onto a R490 LB Scania 10x4 truck with tipper trailer body for the customer Caduff SA at its workshop in Oberentfelden in the canton of Aargau. The company is based in Tavanasa and provides transport and, during winter, snow-clearing services, but specializes above all in crane work, and has cranes available with capacities ranging from 14 to 195 tm, most of which are Fassi models.

Cooking Lake (Canada) – Towards the end of June, the Fassi customer Encore Trucking & Transport Ltd. was commissioned to assist with maintenance work to an aeroplane at the Cooking Lake Airport, with the help of the company’s Fassi F455RA.2.28 e-dynamic knuckleboom crane. The heavy-duty crane, mounted on a Sterling LT 9500 Tri Drive truck, lifted the plane so that floats could be installed underneath.

Olomouc (Czech Republic) – At the beginning of June, a Fassi F545RA.2 xe-dynamic truck crane carefully installed a statue of a giant octopus into the middle of a pond in Smetana's Gardens, located close to the centre of Olomouc, for the launch of the Sculpture Line Festival. The sculpture titled Octopus by the Slovakian artist Viktor Paluš is one of three sculptures that will share the public space until the end of September.

Both companies belong to the van der Goes Group, based in the village of Kwintsheul in the province of South Holland, with the latter providing special transport services.

The companies Signature on the Saint Lawrence and Infrastructure Canada (a governmental entity) began working in 2015 to construct another cable-stayed bridge by the end of 2018.

Located approximately 30 km away from Bratislava, the race track’s length of 5,922 m makes it one of the longest tracks in Europe.

Aucamville (France) – Earlier this year, the transport and handling company Transports THURIES took delivery of a Fassi F545RA.2.26 hydraulic crane with three additional mechanical extensions, mounted on a Scania R6 2 tractor unit.
