Fassi Gru al GIS 2023

Technological innovations, new acquisitions, commercial successes.

Fassi Gru’s participation at GIS, the lifting and heavy transport vehicle trade fair at Piacenza Expo, is an opportunity for the company to look back over a year that has seen a number of extremely positive changes:

  • The acquisition of the French body shop Forez-Bennes
  • The inauguration of the new Innovation Centre
  • The presentation of a new model from the TECHNO range
  • The new head of sales for Italy, Daniele Vismara
The Fassi Group has acquired Forez-Bennes via its French holding CTELM

On 3 August 2023, the FASSI Group in France formally acquired Forez-Bennes through the holding CTELM. This latest addition to the Group joins the other organisations already present, i.e., Fassi France, Marrel (producer of the Ampliroll® hooklifts) and the industrial body shops Miltra Paris Nord, Miltra Provence and Decauville.

This acquisition completes the Group’s range in France, offering three main types of truck-mounted lifting equipment: knuckle-boom cranes, tippers and hydraulic hooklifts.
