Fassi Gru alongside the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team in the Motogp™ World Championship 2024

Fassi Gru will have its own logo displayed on the bikes of the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team during the 2024 MotoGPTM World Championship.
There will be new livery colours and a new rider for Valentino Rossi's team, confirming the unit that achieved so much success last year with Marco Bezzecchi's third step on the world podium. It will be him, with new teammate Fabio Di Giannantonio, who will take centre stage with the new fluorescent yellow team colours.

Talent, enthusiasm, excellence, Italian spirit and passion. These are the values that Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team has chosen to bring to the Grand Prix tracks around the world since the team’s debut in the World Motorcycle Championship and MotoGP™. These are values shared by Fassi, which has reconfirmed its participation as a partner of the team for the entire 2024 season.

The plans for 2024 are ambitious and make no secret of it. The beautiful new fluorescent yellow livery, result of Aldo Drudi's creativity, is ready to race on circuits all over the world, strengthened now thanks to a new Indonesian main sponsor. Fassi will once again be by the side of the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team, ready to experience a season that promises to be even more exciting and unpredictable than previously. The tow riders of the team from Tavullia (the historic home of motorsport brought to the world’s attention by the exploits of Valentino Rossi) are also determined to play a leading role this year as well.

Alessio Salucci, known to everyone as Uccio, the Team Manager, is very determined: "This is the team's tenth year and I have to say that we have grown a lot. From Moto3 to these last three years in MotoGP, it has been a wonderful ride, brought about by Bagnaia's World Championship in Moto2 in 2018 and the fantastic 2023 season culminating with Marco Bezzecchi's third place in the world championship. This year the expectations are high, we have two young, strong riders with a lot of 'hunger' and a bike that is beautiful in colour but also very competitive. I am convinced that beautiful bikes go even faster, let's see if I am right.”

Technical manager Pablo Nieto is of the same opinion: "Last year was a special year and this year there are all the prerequisites to do even better. The riders are strong: we have been working for many years with Marco Bezzecchi, while we immediately established an excellent rapport with Fabio Di Giannantonio. We also have great potential because our Ducati is the world champion bike and the relationship with the Panigale factory is very close and very collaborative. We are in the ideal position to have a great World Championship.”

Young and determined drivers

One of the main changes is Fabio Di Giannantonio, known universally as Diggia, who is taking over from Luca Marini. The other is the new livery and together they constitute, with the main sponsor, one of the few changes of 2024 for the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team, which places a particularly significant amount of its competitiveness on the harmony and solidity of the historical group.

Marco Bezzecchi is more motivated than ever: "This is my third season with this Team in MotoGPTM and the goal is to be as competitive as last year, maybe with fewer mistakes as a result of the experience we have gained. I expect a really difficult Championship, with many competitive riders, but I am confident that I can be among the tournament’s leaders."

Fabio Di Giannantonio chimes in: "This is my third season in MotoGPTM but my first with this team, but I am sure we will do a great job together because we have great potential. I know the bike well and in the tests at the end of last year I found it much improved. I've been waiting all winter to get back on track and now that moment is getting closer."

The MotoGP TM World Championship kicks off in Qatar on March 10th and ends in November in Valencia. There are 22 Grand Prix scheduled, including Kazakhstan, a track already on the calendar last year and then skipped. The alternative circuit would be Hungary. The two stages set to be held in Italy will be run on June 2nd at Mugello and on September 8th at Misano.
