The Fassi-sponsored Team Petronas De Rooy IVECO achieve excellent results in the second half of the Dakar 2019 rally in Peru, including a place on the podium


Lima (Peru) – After the adversity IVECO faced in Stage 4 of the Dakar 2019 rally, Stage 5 saw Team Petronas De Rooy IVECO drivers back on form. All four drivers finished in the top 10, with Ton Van Genugten in 5th place, Gérard De Rooy in 6th, Maurik van den Heuvel in 7th and Federico Villagra in 8th.

Fassi sponsors Team PETRONAS De Rooy IVECO in the Dakar rally for the second year in a row


Lima (Peru) – For the second year in a row, Fassi is one of the sponsors of the Team PETRONAS De Rooy IVECO in their quest to dominate in the Dakar 2019 rally. Now in its 41st edition, the race started on 6th January from Lima and will pass through the Peruvian cities of Pisco, San Juan de Marcona and Arequipa before ending in Pisco on 17th January.

The two Fassi-sponsored Petronas team De Rooy IVECO drivers Ton van Genugten and Artur Ardavichus have achieved great success in the Dakar Rally 2018


Cordoba (Argentina) – The 40th edition of the internationally famed Dakar Rally drew to a close on 20th January, and resulted in great success for the two Fassi-sponsored IVECO Powerstar trucks of Petronas team De Rooy, driven by the Dutch driver Ton van Genugten (#509) and the Kazakh driver Artur Ardavichus (#508). The race started in Lima, Peru, and was comprised of 14 stages of timed distances, amounting to 8710 km in total.

Fassi sponsors 2 IVECO trucks in the 40th edition of the prestigious Dakar Rally in South America


Lima (Peru) – On 6th January, the 40th edition of the Dakar Rally started from the Peruvian capital, a race in which Fassi is sponsoring two IVECO Powerstar trucks, driven by Artur Ardavichus (Kazakhstan, #508) and Ton van Genugten (Netherlands, #509), both of the Petronas De Rooy team.
