Aszód (Hungary) – Last week, Fassi’s Hungarian distributor, the company GIF Modul Commercial and Supplying Ltd., supplied and installed an F485RA.2.25 xe-dynamic hydraulic crane for the customer NKM Áramhálózati Kft. Said company is dedicated to building and maintaining a large electricity network and, as such, will use the crane for work where precision and strength are key, such as installing electricity pylons.

Sharnford (UK) – Last month, the Fassi UK main dealer Central Crane Technicians Ltd, based in Chesterfield in Derbyshire, supplied and fitted a Fassi F485RA.2.26 xe-dynamic loader crane for the customer John Brindley Ltd, a cargo and transport company based in Sharnford, Leicestershire. The crane was mounted on a new Volvo FH540 3-axle tractor unit (equipped with towing wheel for semitrailer), which is mainly used for transport purposes, with the crane serving to lift and place the numerous storage containers and bulky loads that form part of the company’s hire and storage business.

London (UK) – Last week Fassi UK customer David Watson Transport Ltd delivered portakabins to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London for the 2017 IAAF and IPC World Athletics Championships. This year London will host the 16th edition of the biennial games from 4th – 13th August, which will be the city’s biggest sporting event since the 2012 Olympic Games.

. At the beginning of March, Southampton-based container business Storage on Site Ltd took delivery of its fourth DAF CF 410 FAN truck in 12 months, to add to its fleet of crane assisted vehicles - each of which is fitted with a Fassi crane. This particular unit is fitted with a F485RA.2.22 xe-dynamic crane, which the company anticipated would be so instrumental in the efficient delivery of their product, two same spec truck-crane units are due to be delivered to the company later this month.
