A giant anteater placed in the garden of the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam

Fassi CalderAmsterdam (Nederland) - Thursday 22 May 2014. In June, an exhibition of sculpture opens in the gardens of the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Well 14  giant sculptures of the famous American artist Alexander Calder (1898-1976) will be transferred to Amsterdam. Yesterday the first masterpiece was placed with a Fassi crane: a giant anteater.

A Scania demo vehicle fitted with a Fassi crane at IFAT 2014

The configuration is complemented by a Fassi crane F80A.0.24 with four hydraulic extensions and a rear deck designed specifically for the transport of scaffolding.
