A giant anteater placed in the garden of the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam

Fassi CalderAmsterdam (Nederland) - Thursday 22 May 2014. In June, an exhibition of sculpture opens in the gardens of the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Well 14  giant sculptures of the famous American artist Alexander Calder (1898-1976) will be transferred to Amsterdam. Yesterday the first masterpiece was placed with a Fassi crane: a giant anteater.

The show, which will premiere on June 21, includes works from international museums and private collections. They will be installed in the garden  of the museum between 2 and 16 June.
