The new Fassi F600SE.44 wallboard crane is operative in New York City

New York (USA) – Last week saw the first ever sighting of Fassi’s new F600SE.44 wallboard crane at work in the streets of Midtown New York, not far from the Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall. The F600SE model has a vertical reach of more than 10 storeys, making it the highest reaching wallboard crane on the market to date.

As the picture shows, this crane offers the versatility, agility and precision for work at considerable height within narrow urban streets, as well as in more open spaces, aided by an excellent reach of over 35 m (115’) vertically and 30.78 m (101’) horizontally. It has a maximum lifting capacity of 3000 kg (6,600 lbs.) and has been designed to withstand intense operation over an extended period of time, to offer customers the best possible durability. It is also one of the most technologically intelligent models Fassi has ever produced: it is integrated with the FX901 control system, Automatic Dynamic Control (ADC), FX900 and Fassi’s Internet of Cranes® technology, all of which contribute to the crane’s superior control, monitoring and safety.
