Brussels (Belgium) – Once again, the company MB Transports & Manutention S.A. has participated in the annual decoration of the city of Brussels by using one of its several Fassi cranes to erect the large Christmas tree in the Grand-Place. The tree is typically 22 metres tall and is transported by MB Transports on the morning of felling from the sustainable forest of Hertogenwald and is illuminated every year in the beautiful European square towards the end of November through to January (Courtesy ©Belga/Eric Lalmand).

MB Transports & Manutention S.A. helps to place a 22 m Christmas tree in the Grand Place in Brussels with a Fassi loader crane


Brussels (Belgium) – On 17th November, Fassi Belgium’s customer MB Transports & Manutention S.A. helped to transport, lift and place a 22-m tall spruce tree in Brussels’ Grand Place for Christmas, with the help of the company’s Fassi loader crane mounted on a Volvo FM truck. That same morning, the tree was felled in the sustainable state forest of Hertogenwald, located close to the city of Eupen, and was decorated the following Sunday with LEDs and then officially illuminated on 24th November to celebrate the beginning of the festive season in the European capital.
