A Fassi F990RAF.2.28 xhe-dynamic marine crane with an L616 jib for a marine services company in Nieuwegein, Utrecht


Nieuwegein (Netherlands) - At the beginning of this month, Fassi’s Dutch distributor De Jong IJmuiden I B.V. installed a Fassi F990RAF.2.28 xhe-dynamic marine crane fitted with an L616 jib and V30 winch for the company Chris van Beest Maritieme Dienstverlening B.V. Said company is based in the city of Nieuwegein in the Dutch province of Utrecht and is an all-round contractor offering a comprehensive range of services for the marine sector.

The crane was mounted onto a 25 m x 8.65 m workboat named “WILLEM sr” and will be used for activities such as the construction of marinas, dredging and decontamination work, handling and installing gabions for environmentally-friendly riverbank defences and in the shipment and removal of cargo. This model has a maximum lifting capacity of 80 tm and a maximum hydraulic reach of 32 m with the jib.
