A Fassi F80A.0.22 loader crane lifts giant fibreglass sculptures of the British television presenters Clarkson, Hammond and May, as part of their “Grand Tour”


Sydney (Australia) – A Fassi F80A.0.22 loader crane was seen lifting the three giant fibreglass heads of the British television presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May in Sydney Harbour. The crane was mounted onto a truck which was transporting the three 8ft tall statues around the city, in order to promote the motoring show The Grand Tour.

Roanke (USA) – Last week, the General Truck Body Company, a Fassi dealer in the Fascan International distribution network located in Roanke, Virginia, installed a Fassi F80A.0.24 knuckle boom crane on to a single cab Dodge Ram 5500 truck for Johnson Granite Inc. This customer is based in Mount Airy, North Carolina, and is a supplier of finely crafted countertop granite surfaces.

Fascan sales manager gives a demonstration of F80A.0.24 loader crane

On the 12th January, Stan Thornton, a district sales manager for Fassi’s US dealer, Fascan International Inc., visited General Truck Body, an automotive manufacturer in Roanoke, Virginia, with a purpose-built demo truck to show potential customers the results of the winning partnership of these two companies.
