Fassi Micro crane at Moscow's Metro (Partizanskaya)

A Fassi Micro crane at the Partizanskaya (Moscow Metro)

Moscow (Russia) - 6 September. It seems incredible to find a Fassi crane under the city of Moscow, yet it succeeded Carlo Otto Brambilla editor of the Italian magazine "Commercial Transport". It is a Fassi Micro crane on a technical diesel vehicle that belongs to the deposit Izmailovo, as written on the side of the middle on third central rail station Partizanskaya Moscow. Partizanskaya is an unusual three-track layout with two island platforms. The centre track was built to handle crowds from a nearby stadium that was planned but never built because of the war. The centre track is still used during peak hours and for the trains heading to the Izmailovo depot. Courtesy of Carlo Otto Brambilla.
