Bringing extensive experience from industrial companies like ARAG and Interpump, the manager takes the lead of the Italian company, a global leader in hydraulic crane manufacturing.

Victor Gottardi—an experienced engineer and manager—is the new Chief Executive Officer of Fassi Gru S.p.A., an Italian company and one of the global leaders in the production of articulated cranes and other truck-mounted lifting equipment.

As CEO of Fassi Gru, Gottardi will work alongside Giovanni Fassi, who serves as President of Fassi Gru and CEO of Fassi Group. Fassi Group, 70% owned by the Investindustrial Fund, boasts over 1,800 employees and achieved a record-breaking revenue of over 500 million Euros in 2024, a historic high since Fassi's establishment in 1965.

After earning his degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Padova and gaining experience in his family's company, which provided technical-engineering consulting to insurance companies, Victor Gottardi began his career as a Sales and Marketing Manager within the Bucher Industries group. In 2010, he was appointed Italian CEO of Montanhydraulik.

In January 2015, he was named CEO and President of Walvoil, an Interpump Group company, where he later became a board member in April 2020. Before joining Fassi Gru as CEO, Victor Gottardi served as Global CEO and co-investor of ARAG, a global provider of solutions and components for precision agriculture, starting in 2021.

"Victor Gottardi's arrival brings invaluable skills and essential experience to the development path of the company and the Group, which has grown over the past two years to reach a record turnover in its sixty-year history," emphasized Giovanni Fassi, President of Fassi Gru.

Victor Gottardi added: "I am thrilled to take on the role of CEO of Fassi Gru. The consolidated technological and market leadership acquired over sixty years of history provides a solid foundation for the next phase of growth."
