IAA 2014: Fassi presents the latest models of the new XE and XHE ranges

The Fassi Gru industrial group, a leader in the lifting sector, will be participating in the IAA 2014 industrial vehicle trade fair, that will be held in Hannover from 25th September to 2nd October, one of the largest international trade fairs dedicated to the transport and industrial vehicle sectors. Now, in its 65th edition, IAA is organised by VDA (German association of the automobile industry), the most authoritative industry association present in Germany.

Proposing new quality products means investing in innovative processes developed as a result of the constant desire to offer ideas and solutions to the market and the ability to interpret and anticipate its needs. Nowadays, to achieve new and effective results, Fassi Gru integrates mechanical solutions with electronic ones, ergo mechatronics. The attention of the Italian manufacturer focuses entirely on innovation and technology and the new models reflect this clear orientation.

On display in the outdoor area M stand 37 there will be the latest models of the new XE and XHE ranges, which introduce design and innovative features resulting in performance that places these models at the top in terms of lifting capacity. In particular, the “heavy-duty” F990RA xhe-dynamic crane model will be on display. At the same time, a new model of the Micro series will be presented in preview (M40A, the only crane in this range with linkage system) together with the F85B.0, a new model in the 8 ton/m class.

The impressive F1950RAL.2.28 will also be on display, mounted on a 4-axle vehicle from Denmark: a crane with a 137,6 ton/m lifting capacity that, with its jib and manual extensions, obtains a height outreach of 50 m. This very compact unit, in standard configuration (without any accessories), reaches a total weight of 32 t with all the consequent benefits of road use.
