A vehicle belonging to the local waste sorting service equipped with compactor and a Fassi F185A.2.23 he-dynamic crane operated in the early hours of the morning, unloading underground containers in the municipality of Saint-Donat-sur-l’Herbasse. The commune belongs to the Drôme department of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, located about 90 km west of Grenoble.

    Oberentfelden (Switzerland) – At the end of June, Fassi’s Swiss dealer, Fassi Schweiz AG, supplied and installed a Fassi F1150RA.2.28 xhe-dynamic loader crane with L616 jib onto a R490 LB Scania 10x4 truck with tipper trailer body for the customer Caduff SA at its workshop in Oberentfelden in the canton of Aargau. The company is based in Tavanasa and provides transport and, during winter, snow-clearing services, but specializes above all in crane work, and has cranes available with capacities ranging from 14 to 195 tm, most of which are Fassi models.

    Dorset (UK) – The Fassi UK customer, A R Banks Ltd, a transport and lifting contractor based in Hampshire, was recently contracted to remove equipment from a Hilton Hotel in Dorset. To avoid disruption to hotel guests, the company were operating at the crack of dawn to extract a large piece of industrial equipment through the front entrance using a Fassi F365A.2 e-dynamic truck crane, a job which required precision and skill.

    Aucamville (France) – Earlier this year, the transport and handling company Transports THURIES took delivery of a Fassi F545RA.2.26 hydraulic crane with three additional mechanical extensions, mounted on a Scania R6 2 tractor unit. The company, based in the town of Aucamville, not far from Toulouse, already has several truck-mounted, heavy-duty Fassi cranes in its fleet and this acquisition will be its fifth.

The vehicle has bespoke bodywork and extra front stabilisers, which enable safe lifting to 360°.
