    Brisbane (Australia) – The company HMA Materials Handling (HMA) has recently equipped 10 MAN TGM 15.290 4x4 trucks with Fassi loader cranes and Hi-Rail equipment for traversing roads and rail tracks. The 10 Micro M25A.13 cranes (which were supplied together with 12 F90B.0.24 cranes) will be used for rail maintenance and transporting equipment between truck and track.     Adelaide (Australia) – A few months ago, a Fassi customer in Adelaide that produces prefabricated products tested out the performances of a Fassi F395A.2.24 xe-dynamic crane in lifting particularly heavy concrete tanks, and made it look easy. Provided by the Southern Australian dealer Ahrns Handling Equipment Pty Ltd, the crane is mounted on the back of a 4-axle truck, can be radio-controlled remotely from the ground with RCS radio remote control.

    Dover (Australia) – Fassi’s Australian distributor, 600 Cranes Australasia Pty Limited, has recently supplied a M25AFM.13 marine crane for the customer Huon Aquaculture Tasmania. The company is a large aquaculture and food processing enterprise with its head office in the city of Dover. It is one of the largest producers of salmon in the Australian state of Tasmania. Mounted on one of the company’s many fishing vessels, this model has a maximum lifting capacity of up to 2.55 tm and a maximum hydraulic outreach 4.7 m.

    Dampier (Australia) – The company Australian Marine Services, based in Dampier, Western Australia and celebrating 30 years of services, has recently added an F600RA.2.25 he-dynamic marine crane to its fleet.     Lyndcraft Boats installs a new Fassi F135AFM.0.22 marine crane onto a 16-metre-long catamaran in Tasmania


    St. Helens (Australia) – On 12th July, three new aquaculture vessels built by the local shipbuilding company Lyndcraft Boats for the Tassal Group and Spring Bay Seafoods Pty Ltd. were launched in St. Helens, Tasmania. In line with the growth of this industry in the local area, the 16-metre-long catamaran, the “Myti Max”, belonging to Spring Bay Seafoods, has twice the cargo capacity of the company’s existing boats (12 to 15 tonnes) and is equipped with a Fassi F135AFM.0.22 crane for marine application.

This biennial trade show is the Australian transport industry’s premier event, organised by the Heavy Vehicle Industry Australia (HVIA).
