The introduction of the F605R.2-HXP TECHNO marks a significant milestone for Fassi since it launched the first crane from the TECHNO range in 2021, the F1450R.2-HXP TECHNO.

The TECHNO range has expanded further, and now offers 9 models, from the most compact F605R.2-HXP to the highest performer, the F2350RL.2-HXP, providing structured coverage of a range of lifting capacities from 58 to 142 tm.

The F605R.2-HXP TECHNO is the result of a precise requirement: to extend the structural and functional technology from the TECHNO range to a new market segment, guaranteeing high performance even with compact set-up configurations.

A solution designed to optimise weight, integration on vehicles and operational efficiency, while maintaining access to advanced control and load-management systems.

Compactness and performance

With a lifting class of 58 tm and a maximum horizontal outreach of 20.80 m (30.65 m with jib), the F605R.2-HXP TECHNO stands out for its excellent weight-to-power ratio.

This characteristic allows it to be fitted to 3-axle trucks with an overall mass of 26 tons, offering elevated performance even in tight spaces and extending the possibilities for application without compromising safety and efficiency.

Advanced flexibility: FSC TECHNO

The F605R.2-HXP TECHNO is equipped with the FSC TECHNO stability system, the most evolved of the Fassi range, providing a compact crane with a level of stability control and operational management typical of superior-class models.

Developed to handle even the most complex working conditions, the FSC TECHNO stability system allows the operator to select the most suitable management mode at any time, from proportional mode, which adapts performance according to stabiliser extension, to inclinometer mode, which optimises performance on the basis of the angle of inclination of the vehicle, guaranteeing the utmost safety, stability and operational efficiency whatever the situation.

With the aim of increasing the versatility of the crane and allowing personalisation in accordance with specific operating requirements, the FSC-TECHNO system does not rely on predefined work areas, but rather allows the creation of dedicated settings: every work area can be configured in accordance with the needs of the operator.

• X-Design section: decagonal and hexagonal sections are used for the outerboom and the extensions, allowing for an increase in capacity - in particular for vertical loads - and improving both the response to torsion and the structural rigidity of the crane. The increased support surface contributes to more effective stability and more precise load management even in the most articulated configurations, including when combined with a jib.
• FX990 electronic system: the heart of the TECHNO system, combined with the FX991 graphic touchscreen display and the Fassi V7S remote controller. Control is fluid and precise, with dedicated software solutions that dynamically optimise performance in accordance with the operating configuration.

• System of permanent and semi-permanent winch pulleys, which allow the cable to remain loaded when passing from transport to operating position, reducing operating times and increasing efficiency.

The F605R.2-HXP TECHNO is available in configurations with up to 8 hydraulic extensions on the base crane model, and in combination with a range of jibs.

The JDP function is always available in combinations with the L224 jib, contributing to an increase in performance in the various operating conditions.
