Fassi acquires Tecnove and expands its mechanical supply chain in Italy

Fassi Group, a global leader in the design and manufacture of articulated cranes with over 60 years of history, has completed the acquisition of Tecnove Spa, a company specializing in sheet metal processing and metal fabrication.

Based in Novellara (Reggio Emilia, Italy), Tecnove has established itself over the years as a company capable of delivering cutting-edge, high-quality technological solutions designed to meet the needs of an increasingly international customer base.

The skills of this highly specialised team will offer added value, enriching the professional expertise of the Fassi Group.

With this acquisition, Fassi aims to strengthen its industry leadership by continuing to invest in Italian technology and manufacturing, while expanding the control and integration of its processes with distinctive technologies.
