Whistleblowing
Fassi promotes a corporate culture based on ethics, responsibility, and compliance with regulations. For this reason, the company has adopted a whistleblowing system, in line with EU Directive 2019/1937 and Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, which enables employees, collaborators, and partners to report any misconduct or irregularities.
The dedicated channel allows reports to be submitted in a simple and secure way, while always ensuring the protection of the whistleblower’s identity, the confidentiality of information, and the safeguarding of the individuals involved.
