The F30CY.0 is a lightweight crane designed by Fassi for the most complex urban environments, which demand compactness and agility. With a maximum moment of 2.65 tm and a hydraulic outreach of up to 6.45 m, it is the ideal solution for small vehicles used for operations in historic city centres or restricted traffic areas.
The active version (.0), without linkage, is equipped with the Walvoil monobloc hydraulic distributor and is enhanced with technological solutions such as UHSS (Ultra High-Strength Steel) and the fewer-weld design (FWD), guaranteeing robustness and lightness. 370° rotation with rack and pinion ensures smooth and precise manoeuvring.
With a width of just 1.64 m and a weight of less than 400 kg, the F30CY.0 is designed to fit onto even the narrowest of vehicles while maintaining impressive lifting performance for its class. This is Fassi's practical response to the need for handling operations in urban centres, combining compactness, efficiency and compliance with mobility legislation.

MPES – Multi Power Extension System
A Fassi system that guarantees an exceptional extension/retraction speed of the telescopic booms, built up by a set of equally powerful independent rams, linked in series connection and activated by a single control. Special independent fixing system of the extension rams to guarantee high vertical lifting performances.
UHSS – Ultra High Stregth Steel
FWD – Fewer Welds Design
Fewer welded joints, the stronger the structure will be. Structural components made out of bended steel with a welded closing plate in lieu of four corners welded structures or monolithic structure likes those for the outer boom and sliding sections with one single welded side: balanced elasticity under load and ideal resistance to fatigue.
CQ – Cast Quality
Fassi use for more then 35 years cast components with high mechanical characteristics for various important structural components, such as the bottom section (pinion) and the head of the column, the column support, the heads of the ram rods and the cylinder bottoms, the connecting rods and other minor components: less weldings, higher performance to fatigue cycles.
RPS – Rack and Pinion System
Exclusive Fassi rack and pinion rotation system with gravity self centering rack guide shoe; no need of external adjustment. Low friction anti-seizure techno-polymer rotation top bush for an extra strong rotation power.
WL – Walvoil Distributor Bank
Parallel monobloc proportional hydraulic distributor bank. It is characterized by strength and simplicity of operation.
