About the artists

Patrik Sevcik

Educator

Simona Kubalová

Studied at the Private Secondary Art School in Žilina in the field of advertising design. Now she is studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Banská Bystrica at the Department of Graphics.

Karla Majkútová

Thought that she would be a doctor but her path has changed and now art is her biggest passion. She is always hungry for inspiration and new techniques in all kinds of art. Karla took the chance to participate in the Fassi project to show that even strange ideas may have unique results.

Andrea Laková

Is a student of photography at the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica. She had also studied photography at secondary school. She is actively dedicated to photography. Reportage, documentary photography, exhibitions.

Monika Zmoray

Is a 28-year-old student of graphic art. In the past she studied fine arts at the Pedagogical School in Ružomberok. At the moment she is studying at the Academy of Arts in Banská Bystrica in Slovakia. In the graphics medium she is engaged in combining traditional techniques with experiment. Her work has a conceptual character.

Marcela Zachenská

Is 21 years old and has been studying photography in Banská Bystrica for two years. She studied secondary school in promotional graphics. Marcela has always enjoyed photography and she is very happy to be able to study what she likes.

Daniel Handák

Was born in an environment surrounded by art and craft, which showed him many ways how to express himself. Apart from focusing on visual arts, he also loves to make music and tries to find new ways how to combine these two platforms. His ambitions are to continuously learn new things and develop games or interactive movies that will not only entertain, but also teach us something new about ourselves and the world around.
