Fassi Gru supports Steffi Halm and her IVECO S-WAY R in the FIA European Truck Racing Championship 2021

Fassi Gru has confirmed its support of the talented German driver Steffi Halm who will be racing an IVECO S-WAY R for the IVECO Schwabentruck team.

Following the cancellation of the 2020 championship, which, due to the COVID-19 emergency, did not see the completion of a sufficient number of races to allow the title to be assigned, the FIA European Truck Racing Championship (ETRC) has recommenced this year, more motivated than ever to complete the continental series, as is the case with all the other important motoring championships governed by FIA.

As well as appearing on Steffi Halm’s racing uniform, the Fassi logo will also be featured on the white and orange livery of the IVECO Team Schwabentruck team, as confirmed on the eve of the beginning of the championship, which will once again see the German driver at the wheel of the IVECO S-WAY R, one of the trucks tipped to win. Halm’s top performance has not only made her the spectators’ favourite, but also sees her as one of the drivers considered to be in line for the title.

Confirmation of the German driver’s competitiveness has already come from the first race of the ETRC in Hungary, on the Hungaroring circuit, with a crescendo that culminated in a second place in the last of the three races, bringing her to currently occupy sixth place in the overall rankings, with her compatriot Sasha Lenz in the lead.
