Fassi F2150RA.2.28

A successful operation in the north of Germany with a truck-mounted Fassi F2150RA.2.28 xhe-dynamic crane

Büsum (Germany) - The building contractor Dennis Bruß of the company Bruß Bau GmbH has carried out a heavy lifting job with the new addition to its fleet, a five-axle Volvo FH 540 truck installed with a Fassi F2150RA.2.28 xhe-dynamic crane, which comes in at the top of Fassi’s range and is fully equipped with an L816 jib and a V40L-winch. The company is based in the region of Heide and is associated with the shell construction of detached houses, multiple dwellings, commercial and agricultural buildings as well as refurbishments.

On this occasion, Dennis Bruß was engaged to lift and remove parts of dismantled wind turbines for disposal from an overgrown site in the process of restoration. The large fiberglass composite part were difficult to access, as parts of the site were nearly completely overgrown, however, the crane-truck combination experienced no problems in executing the operation, due to its maximum hydraulic outreach of 31.3 m and maximum lifting capacity of 160 tm. The operator was able to start using the crane with ease and professionalism very quickly, due to the user-friendly nature of its set-up. Although the company falls into the small business category, this heavy-duty crane is suitable for businesses of all categories due to its versatility.
